Russel Johnson (87) passed away in his home in Torrington, Wyoming, surrounded by his family. Married to Casey Rush on October 16th, 1976 in Minnesota. Russell and his family moved to Goshen County in 2000.

Russel is survived by his wife Casey Johnson. Children, Cory Johnson, Megan Ice, Garet Johnson, Clint Johnson. Grandchildren, Layne and Natalie Johnson, Theodore and Victoria Goulet. Celebration of life will be held at the Emporium on December 9th, 2023 at 1pm.

Graveside services for MIRIAM ANNE (LAIR) BREMER, 93, will be held at 2pm Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Lingle, Wyoming with Pastor Rick Carroll officiating. Miriam died December 2, 2023 at Goshen Healthcare Community. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Lingle Fire and Rescue. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11am to noon on Thursday. Arrangements are by the Colyer Funeral Home and condolences may be sent to www.colyerfuneralhome.com.

Miriam was born December 1, 1930 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska the daughter of Emil and Marjorie (Mosteller) Lair. She graduated Lingle High School in 1948. She married Dale Bremer on March 14, 1958. Starting in high school she worked for the Lingle Guide newspaper as the office manager and retired in the mid 1990’s. She started the Lingle all school reunion in the 1960’s with Oz Brewer and co-chaired with Oz every five years. 2010 was the last year she was involved.

Miriam was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary where she was a past Presidents Parley.

Miriam is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Dale; and her sisters Shirley Price and Wilma Bingham.
