Torrington, WY December 13th, 2023 — The annual 50/50 raffle was a success for the 28th Avenue Dance Studio in Torrington.

In order to help purchase costumes for their annual recital, 28th Avenue Dance students sell raffle tickets to raise money for costume expenses.

Approximately 3,000 raffle tickets were sold this year. Half of the proceeds are used to purchase dance costumes for the annual recital, the other half is divided up into 6 cash prizes for raffle ticket buyers. The 6 lucky winners this year received $1,250.29 in cash.

The 28th Avenue Dance Studio would like to thank everyone who bought tickets and supported dance in our community.

The annual recital will be held on April 26th and 27th in the EWC Fine Arts Auditorium and will feature 231 students from the area.
