The Annual Meeting of the Landowners and persons entitled to the possession of Public Lands by virtue of Public Land Filings in the Goshen Irrigation District will be held on Tuesday the 27th day of February 2024, at 4:00pm, in the Rendezvous Center at the Goshen County Fairgrounds, Torrington, WY. There will be several guest speakers including Christi Davis-Kernan, Deputy Area Manager, Bureau of Reclamation, HDR Engineering and Atkinson Construction, Austin, TX was named as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Fort Laramie Canal Tunnel #1 and #2 Rehabilitation.

At said meeting there will be elected on Commissioner to serve for a term of three years from Commissioner’s District No. 5, of which Raymond Lynde is the incumbent Commissioner. After discussion and deliberation, the said Nominating Committee selected and endorsed for the next three-year term for District No. 5 as Commissioner of the Goshen Irrigation District, Raymond Lynde.
