Torrington, WY (RELEASE) November 7, 2023 — Pearson, Carl (#34285), a Wyoming inmate, died on November 5, 2023 at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution, Torrington, WY.

Pearson was convicted of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a Minor- Less than 13 Years Old. He was
sentenced out of Weston County by Judge Causey to 25 to 30 years.

Pearson was born in Lusk, WY on December 7, 1951.

Per WDOC policy an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death. WDOC does
not release protected health information.
