Torrington, WY (by Shad Bates) April 16th, 2024 — On Friday afternoon the Lady Blazer soccer team played the #2 ranked Worland Warriors at Old Wiseman Field.  Worland rushed out to a 9-0 lead at halftime.  The young Lady Blazers fell 13-0 in the contest.

While the scoreboard only shows the final score, the Lady Blazers have made strides this season under first year head coach Tyler Cram.  “We’re a very young team, we have no Seniors, 10 Sophomores and 3 Juniors and we have several girls who have never played soccer.  We work on a lot of fundamentals during practices.  The girls are improving every week.”

The Lady Blazers lost to Buffalo on Saturday, 7-0.  The team travels North to take on Newcastle on Tuesday, April 16 and will look to notch their first win of the season.
