Scottsbluff, NE April 12th, 2024 — A one vehicle rollover crash west of Scottsbluff took the life of 53 year-old Gary Kirchhefer on Tuesday night.

According to the Nebraska Highway Patrol, Kirchhefer was traveling eastbound on Highway 92. The Chevrolet pickup overcorrected after leaving the roadway and rolled over. Kirchhefer, the lone occupant, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
